You understand that our products—including race suits, crew shirts, and accessories—are custom-made exclusively for you. Each piece is crafted by hand to meet your specifications in style, color, and design, including any embroidered or printed sponsor logos that you provide. Please review this policy carefully, as it outlines the terms, conditions, and protections associated with your purchase.

1. Order Confirmation and Approval
   After receiving your order and payment, we will provide you with a digital design proof for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully inspect this proof, as it will serve as the basis for production. Once you have approved the proof, no further changes can be made to your order, and it will be scheduled for production based on a first-come, first-served queue. Orders are generally completed within a 4 to 8-week timeframe, depending on the season and production volume.

2. Production and Customization Process
   Each Legado Racewear product involves a detailed and time-intensive process, including graphic design, logo vectorization and digitization, pattern creation, style development, fabric cutting, embroidery, sublimation, and sewing. Due to the custom nature of these items, please note that minor variations in color and design may occur as part of the production process.

3. No Cancellations, Modifications, or Refunds
   By approving your order and entering into production, you agree that all sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of these products, we reserve the right to disallow any order cancellations, changes, refunds, or credit card chargebacks once the proof has been approved.

4. Returns and Repairs
   In the event that your order contains material defects or construction faults not aligned with the approved proof, Legado Racewear reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to repair or replace the product. Claims of defects must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order, along with supporting photos and documentation. Claims made after this period may not be honored.

5. Accuracy of Provided Information
   It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided to Legado Racewear, including sizing, colors, logos, and special instructions, is accurate and complete. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property and Logo Usage
   By providing sponsor logos or other artwork, you affirm that you have the legal right to use these materials. Legado Racewear will not be held responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from the use of logos or designs you provide.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Legado Racewear will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability in connection with any product purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

8. Force Majeure
   Legado Racewear will not be responsible for any delay or failure in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor strikes, transportation delays, or materials shortages.
